Lagree Fitness

Developed by Hollywood celebrity trainer Sebastien Lagree, Lagree Fitness is an innovative blend of pilates, cardio and weight training safely using our state-of-the-art Megaformer™.

Our Certified Lagree Instructors will guide you thru the class (Classes are 10 people or less) working with you on any modification you may need.  This revolutionary workout will leave drenched in sweat,  burning fat and calories (burns up  to 500-800 calories)  all while  in ways traditional exercise cannot.


TRX/Rip Training

A dynamic blend of TRX Suspension Training and Rip Training, is a high-intensity cardio and strength workout.  Master the basics, then layer on the speed, agility, and explosiveness to burn calories, develop power and improve balance and have fun doing it!  Bring your A GAME – you’re going to need it!


 

Indoor Cycling

Indoor Cycling is an aerobic exercise that take place on a specifically designed stationary bicycle. Motivating music plays as you pedal and the instructor guides you through a series of hills, sprints, and jumps. During the class you vary your momentum-at times pedaling as quickly as you can, other times cranking up the tension and pedaling slowly from a standing position. Bikes have the SPD clips. You need to bring cycling shoes or running shoes.


 

Cycling/Lagree Fitness Pilates

30 min indoor cycling followed by 25 min Lagree Fitness on the Megaformer™ A combo for those who love cardio! We have combined the cardio benefits of indoor cycling with a boost of cardiovascular and muscular endurance strength training of the Lagree Fitness.  Get your heart rate up for 30 minutes of interval fat-burning, calorie-busting cardio, and sweat your way through a 25 minute session on the Megaformer, sculpting and toning for the ultimate metabolism workout!

FITCircuit

FITCircuit is a fun and energetic fitness workout program that includes motivation, accountability, and dynamic resistance training. This class utilizes TRX suspension training, TRX Rip trainer, BOSU, JumpSport Trampolines, jump ropes and indoor cycling bikes to train the body in it’s totality.

We will be using different methodologies in FITCircuit including: circuit training, HIIT principle, and Tabatas all designed to help you obtain the body you desire! All of the exercises and methodologies are low-very low impact so you will be training hard in a safe, fun, and non-intimidating atmosphere. This class is GREAT for ALL LEVELS!


 

TrampCamp

Easy to follow strength and low-impact Trampoline exercises are done interval style to get maximum calorie burn in the shortest time while getting your lymphatic system flowing. This boost in the lymphatic system increases the amount of waste and toxin flushed from the body.

Fitness Trampolining can increase the lymph flow by up to 15%! Because of the “bouncing” this form of exercise improves you brain’s responsiveness within the inner ear, and improves balance. The mini-trampoline provides an extremely effective low impact workout which is especially important for those with less mobility, or injury rehabilitation. For those clients who have run previously but no longer can run due to joint pain caused by the constant impact or shin splints, try running on the trampoline! You get all the G-force with none of the impact, it’s gentle to your joints and most importantly… it is great fun for all levels.


 

Yoga (All Levels)

This yoga class involves breathing exercises (pranayama) to improve circulation and respiratory function, a flowing sequence of poses (asanas) to build strength, flexibility, and stimulate organ function, as well as deep relaxation to calm the mind.

Modifications and variation will be offered to accommodate and challenge all levels. Explore the many benefits of yoga has to offer and leave your mat feeling refreshed, healthy, and happy.
